  • Damages and Issues

    If you have received an item that is damaged or the wrong size due to an error on our end, please email shoprenued@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item we ordered so we can work on resolving the issue for you!

  • Shipping

    Given our commitment to sustainable practices, we make all products to order to regulate inventory. Depending on location, please allow approximately two weeks for item customization and shipping.
