How long will it take to receive my order?

All garments at Re:Nued are made to order to reduce waste and carry out customizations. Given this, please allow a minimum of two weeks to receive your order.

What shipping options are available?

At check out, shipping options detailing the postal service and the amount of time that it will take to receive your order will be listed. The cost of shipping is dependent on the selection made.

What is the return policy?

As a small, growing business, we — unfortunately — do not have the fulfillment capacity or infrastructure to process and accept returns. Please reference the Refund Policy page for any other questions pertaining to returns.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Each garment is accompanied with a chart detailing the size dimensions. The garments are designed with a ‘true to size’ fit. However, it is encouraged that you measure according to the dimensions provided.

How do you ensure sustainability?

At Re:Nued, we pride ourselves in working toward 100% sustainable actions from manufacturing to shipping. Currently all garments are made in the USA from 100% organic cotton with eco-friendly embellishments and accessories.
